A doll a day.

As Autumn comes to an end and Winter is just around the corner the Sasha's, Gregor's and Baby's need to be changed into warmer clothing and so to that effect I have decided to do a doll a day.

Today's doll is Kitty my pintucks pictured here in a Summer Dress by alexissofie and Bonika Sandals.

Kitty looks very nice in Pink but for Winter she has gone for  Blue tones.

 Here she is wearing a gorgeous Sweater by Gill Nash, Dollydoodles leggings and  Suede Boots by Lisa.

 

 To complete her look she adds the Hat with button trim and a Dollydoodles Gillett.

We all think she looks perfect in Blue.

 

She's very happy to be in warmer clothes and can't wait to see who will join her tomorrow.

Getting ready for the Chat "n" Snap

Mitzi has kindly offered to model some of the items I have knitted for the Chat n Snap in October.

A lovely and warm collared Sweater with matching Hat.
Both of these were made with Wendy Mode another great yarn.

 

 And of course we can not forget the boys!! so Travis models the Jacket with working pockets (again using Wendy Mode) and below a Sweater and Hat (Sirdar Crofters)

One very happy boy

After rushing home from school and quickly changing, Sebastian couldn't wait to show Sam and Bertie his Tardis.

 

 

"Wow" said  Sam "Where are you going to go first Seb and can I come with you?"

"Of course you can Sam and Bertie's coming too but I don't think mum will let us go anywhere until the weekend cos of school"

 

 

 

 

"I'm just soooo excited" cried Seb waving his arms "I don't know how I will last to the weekend, when the whole world is ours to explore"

"Let's go indoors and look at the map to see where we should go first" said Sam "come on Bertie"

Poor Bertie looked on bewildered!

 



Sebastian gets his wish

Something strange happened this evening and I managed to capture it before it fully materialised.

I think there will be one very happy little boy here in the morning but trying to get him to go to school may be a problem!

Sebastian was my very first Gregor purchased from eBay unfortunately the seller failed to mention (and I failed to ask)that he had falling hair, which is a pain when your changing him as it falls out even when he's moved!! but with that said I still love him and wouldn't change him for the world.

As you can see he has a rather large bald patch to the back of his head.

But he has the sweetest face.

He was an avid fan of David Tennant as Doctor Who and wanted a suit just like his.

 

 

He was over the moon with the suit and now wants the TARDIS!!

Mitzi's New Dress

Mitzi asked me to make her a new dress for the Summer holidays (I think she's hoping that the sunny weather will last). Finally after much complaining and vowing never again on my part , it's finished!

Mitzi couldn't wait to try it on and go for a walk by the Waterfall insisting that I took her picture.

 

 

 



 

 

Well that's 1 happy little girl but I suppose I'd better ask the others if they would like something!!!

Millie does a spot of Sun bathing.

Arya had put out the sun lounger in order to relax in the garden and had just gone inside to get a drink when Millie came crawling along.

Seeing the seat empty she pulled herself up onto it...

 Rolled over...

and lay down to relax.

Arya arrived back to find Millie looking very comfortable and in no immediate hurry to get off.

Trying a spot of bribery Arya gave the drink to Millie who hugged it to her chest but still refused to move until she heard mum call out that she had Ice Cream if anyone wanted any. "I sweem" Millie cried as she padded indoors to get some.

"At last" Arya said to herself as she lay down on the lounger to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
